These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 789h platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. Please read carefully before playing.

789h operates under Philippine law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 789h ("789h," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 789h online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 789h.one and any associated mobile or web applications.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 789h reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction. The 789h platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 789h is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 789h does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 789h account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 789h employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 789h is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789h login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 789h immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 789h will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you. 789h reserves the right to treat all transactions and wagers placed through your account as valid and binding, regardless of whether they were made by you personally.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. 789h strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 789h shall not be held liable for account compromises where 2FA was available but not enabled by the player.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 789h accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. 789h reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to identity verification status and the payment method selected. 789h reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 789h is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 789h reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), where required by law.
5.1 General. 789h may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. 789h reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear bonus requirements.
5.4 Modification or Withdrawal. 789h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are subject to active wagering will not be retroactively cancelled without reasonable cause.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 789h platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute, the game rules as recorded by 789h's systems shall be definitive.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 789h reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 789h shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Random Number Generation. All casino games on the 789h platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 789h does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) rates for each game.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are subject to 789h's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and dispute resolution. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 789h platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 789h platform without prior written consent from 789h.
9.1 Platform Availability. 789h endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 789h's reasonable control. 789h shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
9.2 Gambling Losses. 789h shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. By using 789h, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.
9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 789h's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Indirect Losses. 789h shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 789h platform.

11.1 By 789h. 789h reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access the 789h platform ceases immediately. Any genuine funds remaining in your account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
11.3 By You. You may close your 789h account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.
789h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 789h will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the 789h platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute between you and 789h, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
789h operates in alignment with the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
